Free cancellation at any time

You can cancel your Nithyam subscription at any time from the Billing section of your dashboard, or by emailing our support team. No cancellation fees apply.

₹499 first-month trial

The first month of any plan is billed at a flat ₹499 as a trial. This trial charge is non-refundable once service has started (i.e. the first daily check-in has been delivered to the senior). Before the first check-in is delivered, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of payment.

Monthly plan refunds (month 2 onwards)

From month 2 onwards, if you cancel within the first 7 daysof a new billing cycle, we refund that month's payment in full. Cancellations after day 7 of a billing cycle stop future charges, but the current month is not refunded.

Service failure refunds

If a scheduled check-in is not delivered due to a technical failure on our side (not due to network issues at the senior's end or WhatsApp service outages outside our control), we credit a pro-rata amount for the affected day to your next bill or refund on request.

Refund processing time

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. For UPI and card payments, settlement timelines depend on the issuing bank and may take up to 10 business days to reflect.

How to request a refund

Write to our support email with your registered account email and the reason for the refund. Our team will confirm eligibility and process the refund within 2 business days of the request.

Non-refundable situations

Refunds are not issued for: cancellations after day 7 of a billing cycle, the ₹499 trial once service has started, or accounts suspended for violation of our Terms of Service.
